My name is Pamela, and I’m honored and blessed to be your therapist. What I do I consider to be a sacred form of nurturing, and of care to me. We all have gifts and graces that we’re born with. Being an open and willing channel for divine healing energy is my gift I give to the world.

A series of synchronistic events led me to  receiving my very  first massage in 2001.

It was a very profound experience for me.  My therapist’s healing hands, the lavender oil, soothing music all opened my body where it had been tense and closed for so long. I felt a deep peace and could sense that something sacred just happened. It was then when my heart felt a calling.

I answered that call, and in  July 2002 I completed my 1100 hour massage program at the New York Institute of Massage Therapy.

Since then I’ve been studying  and training in many different healing modalities. My compassionate and effective style of massage/bodywork is the blending of experience, skill and knowledge I have gained in that time. Because i'm always learning something new my sessions are one of a kind. I also allow my intuition to guide me. Some of the therapys I integrate into sessions include:

 Mahatma Reiki

Usui Reiki

Gemstone and crystal therapy

Medical massage

Myofascial release

Indian Head massage

Aromatherapy

Spirit drop treatment

 (essential oil treatment)

Hawaiin Lomi-Lomi/Sacred Temple bodywork

Shiatsu and Asian  energy meridian theory

Intuitive guidance

EFT (Emotional freedom technique)

Toe Reading / Sole Coaching

I integrate my knowledge of herbs and nutrition when working with you. I believe in the mind/body/spirit connection, and teach the use of affirmations and meditations.

Currently I’m studying at the

Southwest Institute of Healing Arts  in the Spiritual Studies program . I also attend Mesa Community College, pursuing a degree in social work.
